My name is Andreas Falk. I have over 14 years of experience in sales and the restaurant industry, which gave me a strong understanding of people.
Switching to UX Design came naturally through my hobbies and earlier projects, like running my own clothing brand, a mobile game studio and building websites. In 2024, I finished my UX education at YRGO, Gothenburg.
My own business and creative projects learned me to focus on creating results that impact both users and business goals. My strengths are research, web design, prototyping and ideation.
I’m 33 years old, creative, meticulous & curious and I’m based in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Selected works in various fields
During my two-year program, I developed skills in understanding user needs and behaviors, defining and solving user problems, and applying user-centered design methods to create services and designs that resonate with user. Worked in real project with companies & group assigments.
I make sure that costumers get updated with the newest styles directly from the the original American sportswear brand GANT founded 1949. I’m in charge of guiding costumers, inventory & reaching KPIs during each day. My passion is centred around the costumer, brand and service.
Designed a new website to work with data-driven insights, increase online exposure and showcase the range of services within digital onboarding. The work was based on the Double Diamond framework and built in WordPress. From internship to three months of employment.
Beverages and food were in focus including service and guest relations. Served drinks, managed daily operations with orders and inventories. Worked during concerts, events, performances & matinees. I learned a lot about food and drink in combination.
Learning is part of life
I started my first company at age 21, designing and producing clothing under my own label. I built an e-commerce store, produced t- shirts, shirts and beanies. Made marketing campaings on Facebook and Instagram. I’m super proud of this journey and I learned a lot.
Eager to learn how to make mobile games, I started Tenline Studios and made “Way to the top” and “Pink cow” with Buildbox. They were released on the App Store and included ads and in app purchases. I made landing pages for the games in WordPress, including press material and social media pages with paid ads. Generating over 1.500 downloads.
It started as a way to relax and having my own unique paintings, making pop art with vintage comics, spray paint & markers. I made a WordPress website and sold my art online and made marketing campaigns on social media. Now, it is a pure passion project.
